The Doss House is a unique paranormal property the heart of rural PA. The town has a vast history and many interesting sights to see before you settle in for the night at 278 St. Mary's. The house is well-cared for and left mostly as it was found to preserve its character. Many of the artifacts within were found in the house and lovingly displayed. There is something interesting in every corner. The house is larger than it appears from the street.
That said, the house is very active and will greet you swiftly.
I do not want to give too much away but if you are a Paranormal Investigator, you really should consider adding the Doss House to your bucket list. Many of the mysteries there are just being uncovered which makes the property even more intriguing. I highly recommend a visit. 10/10
We had an incredible experience at the Doss House. Our host was kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the history of the home. The house itself is special, with so much character and care put into preserving it.
The activity during the investigation was amazing - Loud noises on command, intelligent responses, and equipment going off when asked.
The pricing was very reasonable, the location was great, and we would absolutely recommend this location to anyone interested in the paranormal.

I have visited the Doss House a few times now. Each time is a unique experience. I have seen a lady in black. I have been touched and had whispers in my ears. Shadow figures and children talking. Dreams about Doss even before my first visit. Okay. Weird dreams! Lady in black invites me to the basement. I reluctantly go. Followed her to the corner and she tells me to dig. I dig. I dig up myself. Then wake up. Weird!!!!! Another dream I was in the house and the lady was wearing white. She walked me out the back door and into the woods. She told me it was native land. To make an offering and to leave it on the mound. Another dream there was a little girl. She told me that there was something trapped in the house. It can’t leave. To be careful .It likes you. So strange !!! The house does call you! I highly recommend a visit to Doss. Skeptics get ready to experience the paranormal.
